Content Strategy: The five types of content you want to use in your messaging to share the depth and breadth of your wisdom
SESSION TWO:

Get Your Systems Right So You Have a Strong Foundation
Everyone will get a personal social media & website audit/recommendations if you don’t have one already with notes
Identifying your core brand energies and how to communicate those through photographs
Setting up a lead magnet for your newsletter + a welcome sequence
Online booking for 1:1’s and groups + cancellation policies and confirmation emails
Getting your Linktree right and removing barriers to entry for clients to sign up
The pages you need for your website if you don’t have one yet + apps to use in the meantime
Systems/apps I use for payment/payment plans, newsletters, and income/tax tracking
SESSION THREE:

meet your mentor: Erin Telford
I am a Breathwork facilitator and teacher trainer, conscious business mentor, and intuitive guide.
I have been doing full time healing work for over 15 years and have worked with 1000’s of people, in support of liberation from conditioning, programs, systems, paradigms, limiting beliefs, and anything that inhibits the ability to be fully expressed and to meet your life with courage.
I have offered Breathwork at In Goop Health in New York, at Wanderlust Festivals in Vermont and San Francisco, Soul Cycle retreats, and YPO corporate events. I have been teaching Level One since 2017 and Level Two since 2021.
Three years ago, I fell down a mountain, broke a bunch of bones and had a traumatic brain injury that pushed me into another level of spiritual initiation. This accident restructured my body and my entire universe and I received instructions from Source to use Breathwork to heal my brain more rapidly than anyone thought was possible. This experience recalibrated my work and has guided me toward supporting healers in growing their leadership, visibility and impact for the benefit of our human family!
