Breathwork Trainings

I have been studying with David Elliott, the creator of these Breathwork Healer trainings, for over a decade and have been training facilitators for nine years.

There are five levels of the training to complete to become a certified facilitator. I offer Levels One and Two, while David is the only person who offers all five levels. I am currently offering Levels One and Two online and in person, 2-3 times each a year.

I will not be offering another online training in 2025 and my only in person Level One training for 2025 is below. I will potentially offer a Level Two training in November in Joshua Tree. Breathwork Healer Training Level One in Joshua Tree

In this Level 1 training you will learn about the 2-stage Breathwork meditation, which is one of the foundational tools of the work. You will learn why the breath is used the way it is in clearing your mind and body of stuck energy. Exercises and partnered sessions within the class are used to develop your connection to intuition, boost confidence around your gifts and talents to live freely, and open the heart to the power of self-love.
