It can be easy to feel powerless but it’s not the truth.

When you can feel your life force, your heart, and your spirit, you can remember that your spirit has an infinite gas tank.

You’ve got everything you need to LIVE, to make the changes you need to make, to heal your core wounds and patterns, and change your whole life.

What edge do you need to break through?

Where is your energy stuck in your life, body, relationships, creativity or belief system?

Shadow work is about tending to the. parts of us that were rejected a long time ago. What we didn’t receive love for, we tucked away and severed contact with. We turned down the volume of the parts of us that our caregivers didn’t have capacity to meet and shapeshift for love.

This Breathwork asks you to bring all of yourself back on line.

Breathe aliveness and willingness to be in the friction and discomfort of being human and in relationship with other humans.

We can do it together.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris.  It is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, and part consciousness altering.  The experience moves stagnant emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness.  It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself.  It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.
