The world is wild right now and we know it’s not slowly down in its intensity and it’s not meant to. The provocation of now is meant to evolve us. It’s meant to reach a saturation point where a third way can come on the scene. How can we support this? Through our internal work. Through witnessing what lives within us and being committed to alchemizing and growing into our highest selves.
We do this by coming into contact with our sharp edges. The edges that make us unbending and unavailable to listen or turn towards what we would consider “difference.” The edges that grasp at safety through control. The edges that blame and finger point instead of taking responsibility for our own fields of expression and creation. The edges that create more division.
All of these edges are born from places within us that need our attention and presence. The more willing we are to feel what is uncomfortable:
The greater resilience is available to us
The more we can untie the knots of programming and limiting beliefs
The more we can remember who we REALLY are
And meet ourselves with great love, compassion, tender, care, and encouragement for this life.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, and part consciousness altering. The experience moves stagnant emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness. It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself. It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.
