Courage is the bridge from your old life to your new life. It is the medicine that gets you from where you are right now, to where you want to go. It requires you to summon faith, life force, and clarity to create direction and momentum. It can only be sourced from within and we find it when it matters, when there is something worth finding it for. What is that for you?
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of unprocessed emotional material and charge. The experience moves stagnant energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness. It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself. It leaves you feeling softer, open and more connected to life.
Benefits of breathwork:
Access to greater creativity and expression
Deeper connection to self, guides, ancestors, the natural world, and Spirit
Increased compassion, understanding and authentic connection in relationships
Renewed energy and clarity
Heightened intuition and receptivity
Decreased anxiety, frustration, overwhelm, depression, and confusion
