Training overview
In this Level 1 training you will learn about the 2-stage Breathwork meditation, which is one of the foundational tools of the work. You will learn why the breath is used the way it is in clearing your mind and body of stuck energy. Exercises and partnered sessions within the class are used to develop your connection to intuition, boost confidence around your gifts and talents to live freely, and open the heart to the power of self-love.
In the training we will explore David Elliott’s healing tools and extensive discussion about the work, the breath and what it is to heal yourself and others. This class is the first of five levels that certify you as a Breathwork Facilitator.
You will be trained to guide your own one on one Breathwork sessions following this class.
Breathwork supports you in creating a conscious, kind, and intimate relationship with yourself. You learn to hold yourself through difficulty with groundedness and grace. You learn to hold yourself through triggers and activations with love and patience. You learn to speak to yourself with tenderness as you peel the layers of conditioning and programming that we collect in our childhood.
You come home to you, again and again, with every breath.

Class preparation:
Before the training it will be required that your read both books by David Elliott: Healing and The Reluctant Healer.
The homework will be selected written exercises taken from both books. I will send you the exercises as soon as you sign up.
Rate: $650 USD
There are two partial scholarship spaces ($325) for this training. If you are at need due to financial insecurity, please use the partial scholarship option. Trainings Policy: 50% of the payment is non-refundable. Account credit only on the remaining 50% if you cancel within two weeks of the start of the training. This account credit will have an expiration date of 1 year. Cancellations made with less than two weeks notice or leaving the training while in progress will not receive any credit or refund. Trainings are not transferable to future dates or other people. Purchase of your ticket indicates acceptance of this policy.
Training Lineage
I have been studying with David Elliott for over a decade-facilitating one on one sessions, teacher trainings, and leading monthly Breathwork circles. I am a certified Breathwork facilitator and teacher trainer in his work. I credit this work with deepening my connection with my intuition and creativity, healing my relationship with myself, and finding new levels of purpose, passion and faith in my life.
Certification Requirements
With the growing popularity of Breathwork, it’s very important to me to preserve the integrity of this work and make sure that anyone who offers this work is properly trained. This is the first of five levels that you will need to take in order to be certified as a facilitator in this Breathwork technique. You are only certified upon completion of all five levels. Completing your training is essential to be able to offer the depth of this work in a responsible, highly skilled way. Please plan to commit and complete your training if you sign up for Level One.
