An initiation is something that changes your entire life.
We move through so many unacknowledged rites of passage in our lives.
As facilitators, leaders, and teachers, initiatory experiences are an essential part of becoming capable, of becoming strong space holders, of becoming courageous, of being able to hold the torch light for the humans in our care and in our communities.
We are presented with these events to gain wisdom to inspire and share the fruits of our experience.
The energetic pace of evolution is NOT slowing down. We will be presented with many more portals of growth and being able to communicate what you have learned is of great benefit.
The big challenge is choosing what to share, when to share and how to share!
Initiations can feel very private and very personal but as a strong leader, it is an exceptionally powerful tool to have the grace and the ground to be able to share from or through the experience. These intense experiences are given to us so that we can transmit what we have learned to our human family. They are not meant to be held within as they are meant for collective growth.

How to know which parts to share/keep sacred for self
How to know when to share and to assess inner stability in the transition
Energetic boundaries when sharing in public space/social media
How articulating your experience and story sharing supports integration
How breaking the myth of the pedestal’d healer who has it “all together” supports our communities
